Josie is a 400+ hour yoga teacher – who has been practising for more than 15 years and holds qualifications in vinyasa yoga, yin, meditation and breathwork.
Her classes aim to help you build strength, stretch your body and unwind from the stress of daily life.
Based in south-west London, Josie came to yoga for the physical practice but stayed for the mental benefits. It’s no exaggeration to say yoga changed her life – and she believes it can do the same for you.

Josie’s qualifications are:
- 200-hour RYT Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training, in power vinyasa, with The House of Yoga.
- 100-hour breathwork and meditation teacher training with Just Breathe – functional breath awareness, systematic breathwork techniques and nervous system regulation.
- 60-hour RYT Yoga Alliance accredited yin teacher training with Rise & Shine Yoga.
- 50-hour yoga nidra, restorative yoga, the art of relaxation and advanced pranayama teacher training with Frog Lotus Yoga International.
I teach both online and in-person classes – offering group classes and 1-on-1s on request.
