Hi yogis! As a teacher trained in power vinyasa, stretchy yin, meditation and breathwork, my classes will help you build strength, get bendy & unwind from the stress of daily life.

Based in Wandsworth, south-west London, I’ve been practising yoga for 15 years and am a 200-hour power vinyasa yoga teacher, who studied with The House of Yoga.

I have further trainings in breathwork and meditation with Just Breathe (100 hours), yin yoga with Rise & Shine yoga (50 hours) and have done many other courses.

I teach both online and in-person classes – offering groups and 1-on-1s.

I came to yoga for the physical practice but stayed for the mental benefits – a clearer mind, less stress & a calmer attitude to life. It’s no exaggeration to say yoga changed my life – and I believe it can do the same for you.

My aim is to condense the 2,000+ year long philosophy behind yoga into relatable, easy to understand language for modern yogis – and fun flows which will challenge & change you for the better. Let’s flow & grow together.
